Our four charming granite holiday cottages are located in Royal Deeside in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. We provide disabled friendly holiday accommodation with access for all and although this is our main objective, we are happy to welcome guests who do not require these special facilities and are looking for a self-catering base to explore this wonderful part of Scotland.

Clunie Cottage
- Sleeps four or six using the sofa bed
- Main bedroom with twin beds (one electric height adjustable) with ceiling track hoist (maximum weight 130kg / 20 stones)
- TV on wall in Bedroom 1

- This cottage opens onto the Courtyard and its own Patio
- Double sofa bed in lounge

- Additional aids for partially sighted and hearing impaired guests
Gairn Cottage
Ground floor with gallery bedroom. This is an allergy free cottage and therefore no pets are allowed.

Gelder Cottage

- Three single beds in upstairs gallery
- This cottage opens out onto a riverside patio with views across the River Dee to Balmoral Estate

- Shower stretcher attached to wall in bathroom

Girnock Cottage
Ground floor only
