The Charity is run by a Board of Trustees, all volunteers from the local communities of Crathie, Ballater and Braemar. At the moment there are 9 trustees and they are fully committed to ensuring the high standards are maintained and that the charity is sustainable. They have a wide range of skills ranging from hotel manangement and accountancy to engineering and care work, and interests that include baking, walking, sailing, reading, and golf to name a few.
