Springing to Life!
Everything’s coming to life again and we’re always delighted to see the daffodils in Spring. We’ve been busy over the winter taking stock and preparing the cottages and courtyard for another busy season.
Later this year we’ll be updating our bathrooms with new clos-o-mat toilet and grab rails and bars. We did a survey of our guests last summer and will take the feedback on board. If you’ve anything you’d like to add please let us know.
In early May, slightly later than planned we will be having a fixed overhead hoist installed in Clunie cottage – similar to the type we already have in Girnock cottage – watch this space for upcoming pics.

View from the Same Spot
When I’m walking in Braemar I always stop and take a photo from the same spot on the Queen’s Drive and I love looking back on how the scenery changes from day to day as well as season to season. I thought it might be interesting to do the same here so I’ve started today. I took the picture standing on an old tree stump in the playground to try and capture the best view and I’ll take a photo each time I update the blog.
